Any research involving biohazardous materials or recombinant DNA requires completion of an MUA (Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement for Recombinant DNA Experiments) that will be reviewed by the Institutional Biosafety Committee.

MUA

The MUA is a PDF (portable document format) form and requires a PDF reader that allows saving fillable forms to disk. This feature was disabled in version 9 of the free Adobe Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Professional we recommend you use the Foxit Reader (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader) to edit your MUA.
